How to use these products?
Breakfast: Mix 2x scoops of Formula 1 to 250ml of water. If you want you can use low-fat milk (lactose free), or for example a light soy/almond milk. You can also add fruit to your shake.
Tea : 1-1/2 scoop of Herbal Tea in 250 ml of cold or hot water. You can also add 2 caps of Aloe in your beverage.
Lunch and dinner: a well-balanced meal composed of good carbs, vitamins, healthy fats, protein and fibre.
Snack time : A healthy snack can provide energy in the middle of the day or when you exercise to improve performance and concentration. A healthy snack between meals can also decrease your hunger and keep you from overeating at meal times and, of course, contribute to your daily intake of essential nutrients.
