If your goal is to management your weight, we advise you to follow a simple plan of two shakes per day (the first one for breakfast and second for lunch or dinner) and one healthy meal. An low calories snack between meals can be added to the programme (We advise to use our protein bars, they are delicious)
How to use the products
Mix 2x scoops of Formula 1 to 250ml of water. If you want you can use low-fat milk (lactose free), or for example a light soy/almond milk. You can also add fruit to your shake.
Then use 1-1/2 scoop of Herbal Tea in 250 ml of cold or hot water. You can also add 2 caps of Aloe in your beverage.

Combine protein, for example, lean meat, fish, eggs, lentils with good carbohydrates like for example, sweet potato, brown rice, bulgur, quinoa, couscous and plenty of veggies and also healthy fats, for example fish and fish oil, olive oil nuts, avocado.
We recommend to drink between 1 and 3 liters of water per day.
